Not just services at St Philip & St James', Leckhampton, Cheltenham We are a large and busy Church. We actively support several charities with regular collections and events. Adult Christian Education is important at St Philip & St James'. We have several house groups, and also run occasional short courses, quiet days or evening events. There are regular social events; past examples include theatre trips to Cheltenham, Stratford and Birmingham, boat trips, wine and cheese evenings, meals out, safari suppers and shared picnic lunches. We have a reading group, a walking group, a men's group, a flower guild, a choir, a music group, handbell ringers, a toddlers' group, and branches of the Mothers' Union, the Church Lads and Church Girls Brigade, Brownie Guides and Guides.
